But from 48m out, Pickett’s set shot is terrible and sneaks in for a point to increase the margin to six points with 6:59 to go, 11.12.78 to 11.6.72.
A rushed behind for the Hawks cuts the deficit to four points with 9:46 to go, 11.6.72 to 11.10.76.

But what could’ve been for the Hawks? Moments earlier Koschitzke missed a deliberate set shot from 45m out directly in front. He could’ve put his team up by 12 points and made things really tough for the Dees.
Fritsch is now the leading goalkicker on the ground with three.
