Man dies in Parkdale apartment fire
Article content A man has died in a fire at an apartment complex in the Queen St.-Dunn Ave. area.
When firefighters arrived at the building at around 3 p.m. on Monday, they found a fire and heavy smoke in a unit on the 20th floor.
They located the male occupant, who had sustained severe burns, CTV News reported. He was removed quickly from the unit.
There was no immediate word on whether anyone else was injured or on the extent of the damage.
